January Themes

The next five Sundays we will be looking at the life of the Church Family and some of the ways we function together to deepen our experience of God's goodness. The messages will be posted after the service on each Sunday - click on the "Listen" to this message link

January 3: Our regular services were cancelled due to a snow storm. Message for this week postponed to January 10.

January 10 - "The Family Grows by Faith": By faith we grow personally and corporately. Trust in God's ability to provide and lead us will enable us to accept change as a positive thing and it will bring shared experiences to unite us.

January 17 - "The Family Unites": The desire of our Lord is that we would experience oneness. That is true for small groups, the larger church, and the whole people of God. We seek unity of purpose; unity of heart; unity in the Spirit of God.

January 24 - "The Family Shares in Hope": As we go through this life together, we have one overriding goal - to reach heaven. We receive the gift of salvation and the promise of eternal life, and share the encouragement of God's purpose for the world.

January 31 - "The Family Reaches Out": We are the hands and feet of Jesus. We are given resources to share and invited to give freely as we have received. In that way we connect with our world at the point of need and invite others to know the Lord we serve.
